Thurgood Marshall College Fund in partnership with LEGO® is excited to source talent for the Marketing Specialist positions. This position is part of the LEGO® Graduate Program. The program offers 9 full-time roles with two 9-month rotations within the following tracks: Sales (Key Accounts), Marketing, Creative, Brand Retail and Operations. The goal is for you to land a permanent role after the program ends; however these positions are not guaranteed. Candidates must be willing to work out of the 501 Boylston St. office in Boston, MA 3 days out of the week beginning in July 2024. Fully remote work is not offered.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess:

• December 2023 or May 2024 Graduate
• 3.0 GPA
• TMCF Resume (click HERE for an example)
• Major related to the area of interest
• Agree to work in the 501 Boylston St. office in Boston, MA 3 days out of the week (fully remote is not possible)
  
• Commit to completing the 18-month program with the goal of continuing in a full-time role.
