Title: Assistant Director - Product Manager

Location: 7575 Gateway Blvd, Suite 300, Newark, CA 94560 (Principal place of business - telecommuting permitted)

Duties: Work with product managers to determine metrics to capture for internal stakeholders and understand product adoption success and challenges. Responsible for product management, customer success, sales, and support personnel. Derive critical insights by connecting disparate data sets from product user feedback and utilization to unlock opportunities for improvement across product, operations, and knowledge management. Facilitate easy communication and sharing of resources and data across cross-functional business units using varies system tools. Deliver communications on opportunity wins and product roadmap vision to attract and drive customer adoption. Identify, track, and refine operational and KPI metrics to formulate and drive improvements with product and operations. Analyze user feedback and NPS scores to strategize on product team priorities. Create templates, processes, automations, and artifacts to streamline and improve product team efficiencies. Define product feature requirements for usage telemetry metrics. Build dashboards for product observability. Work with vendors to establish integration and transformation of utilization data from platform services to BI reporting tools. Work with engineers to maintain ingestion and availability of product usage events to our metering services. Telecommuting Permitted (100% telecommuting position. Requirements: Requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field plus at least three (3) years of experience as a Product Manager, Operations Manager, or in a related position working in product operations or performing product management. Full term of experience must include the following: coordinating large-scale cross-functional projects involving product improvement, innovation, and user experience enhancements; designing and implementing complex operational systems and processes to optimize product operations; performing data analysis, extracting meaningful insights, and utilizing them to drive product enhancements and improvements; identifying user problems and understanding pain points to shape product decisions and develop effective solutions; applying knowledge of software development processes and systems, including software design and development; and using BI tools, including SQL, PowerBI, Mixpanel, Snowflake, or Excel.
