We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee, manage, and coordinate all Data Management & Governance projects. The ideal candidate will possess both a technical and data analysis background in Data Management, proven experience in project management, and a solid understanding of project financial control. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering various data management projects on time and within budget while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and execution of data management and governance projects from initiation to closure
  • Partner with our PMO and Finance organizations by implementing and following delivery standards as well as maintaining robust financial management processes, procedures, and systems to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis for TSG.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against established milestones and deliverables.
  • Coordinate resources, including internal team members, external vendors, and contractors, to ensure timely project completion.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and proactively address any challenges that may arise during project execution.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, including senior management, project team members, and other relevant parties.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, processes, and methodologies, and continuously improve project management processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, engineering, and security, to ensure seamless integration of technology infrastructure projects with existing systems and processes.
  • Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and providing regular financial reports to stakeholders. Implement project financial control measures to ensure the project stays within budget.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of project delivery and identify opportunities for improvement.


Professional Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on technology infrastructure projects.
  • Possess the proven ability to work collaboratively with Stakeholders on resource alignment and prioritization.
  • Liaison among executives, project sponsors, and the project team to ensure strategic solutions and communication strategies are in place especially where conflicting priorities exist. Drive decision making timelines.
  • Possess a positive 'In Charge and Can Do' presence on the project/program team with the excellent ability to run project sessions such as estimation, requirements, and scheduling/planning. Also lend broad and deep credibility to the discussions because of past experiences.
  • Be a proven Self Starter and 'Thought Leader'. Be proactive in seeking opportunities to serve in leadership roles, even outside area of direct responsibility. Own and 'fix' processes in a collaborative fashion that are not working at optimal level. Be committed to innovative change.
  • Excellent ability to create and adjust written, verbal, and presentation communication skills to audience.
  • Proven ability to lead executive level stakeholder discussions concerning project data. Excellent MS Office abilities. Preferred experience with JIRA, including reporting capabilities.
  • Possess strong team building and talent management skills with the ability to delegate and motivate team members to achieve goals.
  • Possess intellectual curiosity / a curiosity for how things work with a design mindset for making improvements


For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $123,100.00 - $178,450.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
