Our client is looking for an On-Site Level II IT Support Technician to join their team. This resource will handle PC and mobile device tickets from a support queue and assist users. Duties may also include performing PC device imaging using Intune and SCCM.
Responsibilities
Respond to incidents assigned to the Level 2 ticket queue and resolve client problems via telephone or in person.
Troubleshoot software, hardware, and mobile device problems.
Document client incidents in a ticket management system.
Deploy OS image builds to PC devices and perform post-image system configuration.
Interact with client end-users and co-workers to diagnose and resolve problems.
Analyze, resolve, track, escalate and accurately document various technical problems.
Support features, functionality, and usage of specific applications.
Stay current on and adhere to established policies, procedures, documentation, and technologies key to long-term success.

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of hands-on desktop support
Image/deploy- SCCM, Intune, PXE Boot or Autopilot
Windows 10/11
VPN-Cisco, Sonic Wall, Maraki, Fortinet- software establishing a bridge
Active Directory- user account changes, adding/removing an account, trust error resolution
Networking- TCPIP, DNS, configuring a network adaptor, pinging the hardware, setting a static IP
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Office365 Exchange Online administration
Mac iOS-software installation/removal, printer set up, security blocks
Advanced networking- firewall configurations
