Responsibility:
  • Inbound calls and outbound calls to existing members to advise them of benefits
  • Respond politely and quickly to all member inquiries
  • Be able to overcome objections and provide additional guidance
  • Ability to learn product portfolio and discuss options and features in detail


Requirements:
  • Licensed Health Insurance REQUIRED
  • 1+ year customer service experience or sales experience REQUIRED
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and efficiently make sound business decisions
  • Excellent computer skills
