Licensed Insurance Sales Agent/ Staff Producer

Paul Rohrbaugh - State Farm Agency, located in Tacoma, WA has an immediate full-time opening for a Licensed Sales Representative. Our Agency has been in existence for 22 years. We currently occupy a wonderful new space in downtown Tacoma. We are the only State Farm office in the 98402 zip code.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

• Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred.
• 5 years of sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property & Casualty license
• Life & Health license
