Benchmark at Rye is looking for compassionate LNAs to join our team! As a Licensed Nursing Aid, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Full Time and Part Time Schedules available!

Days: 6a -2p

Evenings: 2p-10p

Nights: 10p-6a

Base Rate: $20-21.25 + $2/hour differential for Nights and Weekends!

LNA Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
  • Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
  • Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
  • Other duties as needed.

Job Requirements

LNA Requirements:
  • Valid LNA license required.
  • Prior experience in an assisted living community. Memory care experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)
  • Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
  • Willingness to learn!
