Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

Bear Mountain Healthcare is looking for an experienced, motivated, and creative Administrator for our Mattapan, MA location. The Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day clinical and administrative activities of the facility, including profit and loss responsibility and assuring compliance with all State and Federal regulations. The Administrator provides leadership to all facility staff in meeting the goal of providing quality patient care.

Bear Mountain at our Mattapan facility in Mattapan offers short-term rehab, long-term care, memory care and respite care needs of patients and their families-always with attention, understanding, compassion and respect. Staffed with experienced professionals committed to excellence, this 75-bed facility provides a welcoming environment for Bear Mountain's patient-centered approach to care, promoting healing, recovery, and comfort. Our comprehensive continuum of healthcare services includes Post-Acute Care, Short-Term Rehabilitation, Long-Term and Respite Care. Our facility is staffed with healthcare professionals who attend to every patient's needs.

Requirements:

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Massachusetts.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator.
• Demonstrated skills related to management, planning, budgeting, marketing, and quality improvement.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills.
• Established knowledge of state, local, federal, and OSHA regulations and standards.
• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19, per MA regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $160,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
