The Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant shall administer physical therapy treatment to patients. The LPTA will work under the direction of the Physical Therapists and will assistant Physical Therapists for patients in the inpatient and outpatient setting. This individual shall monitor and complete progress notes and discharge summaries. Additionally, the LPTA shall ensure all treatments are performed as ordered or communicate why any treatment was not performed. This position may have additional duties assigned as needed.Description

- Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Active Alabama PTA license required
- BLS required
- Ability to work from broad directions and be self motivated.

- Ability to provide a positive customer service experience to guest, visitors, and patients.
- Knowledge of HIPAA standards and regulations.
