Your Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for performing direct resident care and resident related activities as assigned by the Resident Care Manager or Nurse Shift Supervisor. RN's and LPN's are responsible for supervising and directing the activities of the Resident Care Assistants assigned in his/her units.

Requirements

• Valid and current RN or LPN license.
• A genuine passion for senior care and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering meaningful connections with residents and their families.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team, contributing to a harmonious and supportive work environment.
• Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring accurate documentation and timely medication administration.
• Experience in a senior care facility or a similar healthcare setting is preferred but not required - new graduates are welcome!
