Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN or Registered Nurse / RN for Private Duty Nursing / PDN Case

SUMMIT HOME CARE is looking for an Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN or Registered Nurse / RN with experience working with a Gastrostomy Tube to provide Private Duty Nursing /PDN Services for a 28 year old patient located in Fairview.

Shift: 7:30am-5:00pm (shift is flexible) 7 days a week.

Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN or Registered Nurse / RN Responsibilities:

• Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
• Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
• Monitor clients' conditions and report accordingly
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders

Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN or Registered Nurse / RN Requirements:

• Current Nursing license in the state
• Up to date first aid and CPR certification
