  • Responsibilities:
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and healthcare professionals.
    • Monitor residents' health conditions, record vital signs, and report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
    • Assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
    • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
    • Foster a positive and friendly atmosphere, promoting a sense of security and trust among residents.
    • Provide emotional support to residents and their families, creating a caring and compassionate environment.

    Requirements:
    • Valid and current LPN/RN license in the state of West Virginia.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering meaningful connections with residents and their families.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team, contributing to a harmonious and supportive work environment.

    • Experience in a senior care facility or a similar healthcare setting is preferred but not required - new graduates are welcome!
