Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor (LPN)

Schedule: Full Time

Salary: $58,500 - $60,000 annually - based on experience

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor

LPN Supervisor Responsibilities include:

• Supervise, develop, and schedule all resident care department staff providing day-to-day care of the residents according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensures proper orientation training of new/existing resident care department staff and ensure that completed documentation is reflective of this.
• Serves as a team member in recruiting, screening, and interviewing of all resident care department staff.
• Responsible for appropriate staffing levels needed to meet the needs of the facility and state guidelines, to including filling in for staff during unexpected shortages.
• Administer medications as allowed per state-specific and PSL guidelines when required.

LPN Supervisor Education & Experience:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required
• Bachelor's Degree with major course work in human services and one year of full-time work experience in a related field or
• Associate's Degree with major course work in human services and three years of full-time work experience in a related field or
• High school diploma or equivalency plus 5 years related experience, required
• Experience and knowledge in all aspects of senior living, preferred
