Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)

Oasis at the Crescent Assisted Living Community is seeking a compassionate and dedicated full time Licensed Practical Nurse for both day and night shifts for three days per week.

We are currently hiring for the following LPN's in our Assisted Living Community:

• Full Time Day: 7:00am-7:30pm includes every other weekend (three days a week)
• Full Time Night: 7:00pm-7:30am includes every other weekend (three days a week)

LPN Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in the state of New Jersey
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an assisted living or senior care setting
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient nature, with a genuine desire to help others

LPN Responsibilities

• You will provide personalized care and support while promoting their independence and dignity
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in residents' conditions
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a warm and caring environment
