Other Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program Req

Experience
6 Months in an acute care hospital setting or completion of THR residency program Req

Licenses and Certifications
LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse Upon Hire Req And
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req And
CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 Days Req
