Responsibilities

The LVN assists the Registered Nurse and Physician in determining the health status and health needs of patients based on interpretation of health-related data and preventative health practices, in collaboration with patients, their families, and other members of immediate healthcare team.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Current Licensure as an LVN in the state of Texas
• At least one year of LVN experience

Preferred Requirements:

• Completion or proof of an IV Therapy course/certification
• Acute care experience
