This lovely, 99 bed skilled nursing facility is in need of full time LVNs for days, evenings and night, for 8-hour shifts. The ideal candidate we hope to join our team would be a Licensed Vocational Nurse, licensed in the state of California with the capacity to work unencumbered, with a love of the elderly and vulnerable populations. Your duties will include but are not limited to medication administration, skin and wound treatments, behavioral management, collaboration with practitioners, processing and execution of orders, resident assessment and oversite and guidance to cnas,

• Full-Time - All shifts (AM, PM & NOC)
• On-Call - All shifts (AM, PM & NOC)

Qualifications:

• Current licensure in California as an LVN
• Current CPR and first aid certifications.

Position: The Charge Nurse is responsible to the Director of Nursing, and is to be clinically competent; delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interacts with patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing.
