Our Life Sales Field department is currently seeking a life sales specialist to sell to our agency clients directly. Utilizing the Warm Lead provided to support the clients original request for life insurance by interviewing and completing an application for life insurance for the original agent. Assisting the assigned agencies field associate when needed.

The pay range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

Be ready to:
  • complete the application sales process directly with applicants
  • contact assigned clients within 24 hours of case submission
  • send applications electronically and work with applicants to complete immediately
  • respond immediately to application live call transfers
  • answer client questions about coverage, products, and available options. Offer upsell opportunities where appropriate.
  • follow up directly with applicants to make appointments, complete applications, and get signatures
  • maintain complete and professional case notes in all systems
  • build and maintain relationships with assigned Field Reps and Agencies
  • interact professionally with all associates, agencies, producers, and applicants
  • must be reliable and dependable with good attendance
  • must possess problem resolution skills and ability to multi-task
  • interact with multiple departments to ensure smooth sales experience for all customers
  • continually improve knowledge base on products, services, and key factors
  • limited travel, as needed

  • ability to communicate with agents, associates, and clients in a professional manner
  • exceptions verbal phone skills
  • able to learn and use varied online and computer applications
  • able to work with minimal supervision
  • good presentation skills
  • excellent written and verbal communications
  • capable of multi-tasking
  • able to sell or desire to learn selling skills
Bring education and experience from:
  • customer service experience
  • life Insurance experience preferred, but not required
  • life and health license will be required, if not already held
  • a bachelor's degree preferred
