Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Life Science QEA Transformation Lead who will be responsible for driving QA Strategy CoE model Process and Transformation initiatives for Patient Services program.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Data Integration across Immunology systems which includes in-house and vendor applications.

• Lead test strategy oversee execution and completion to meet the quality expectations, End-to-End and Regression Testing of TIBCO Web Services and Web/Mobile applications.

• Overseeing and leading projects including Managing all testing activities, including planning, conducting tests, and resolving bugs.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive Test Plans and Test Suites.

• Document test results and track failures in defect management tools like JIRA.

• Lead test strategy, oversee execution and completion to meet the quality expectations

• Establish QA COE & Streamline test strategy and Lead test automation efforts.

• Define framework for consistent QA execution & measurement.

• Standardize test process & drive Test automation across all systems

• Define, Manage & implement QA processes and record QA metrics, the scope of testing, and implement a testing process

• Review, evaluate & Signoff work products for accuracy and applicability and Ensure testing process/scope meet the customers' needs.

• Provide Support for the Onsite & Offshore QA/Dev teams.

• Coordinate with Onsite, Offshore and Third-Party Vendors for data creation and integration.

• Perform Test Lead and Val Lead activities using the Test Management Tool - HP ALM.

• Apply user learned feedback in testing for providing thoughtful improvements.

• Improve quality of release by optimizing testing methodology applied.

• Provide Sanity Testing support during production release to ensure successful results.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• 16+ years of overall experience in Life Sciences industry with experience in patient drug journey, HIPAA concepts, handling PHI and PII data and data security.

• Strong experience in Managing E2E testing along with Strategy, QA Transformation.

• Hands on experience in Validation, Compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Hands on experience with data integration across Commercial systems which includes in-house and vendor applications.

• Hands on experience handling production ServiceNow tickets which includes functional issue, business request/question, data issue, data manipulation, user setup and other ad-hoc requests.

• Experience creating and executing SQL/SOQL queries to extract and manipulate data for analysis purposes in MySQL, SnowFlake & Salesforce.

• Expert troubleshooting skills across systems to identify defects and assigning it to the right system.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, time management skills, and analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Data analysis experience using Salesforce, SOAPUI, Postman, SnowFlake & MySQL.

• Experience with Test data creation, test automation

Preferred Skills/Qualification:

• Knowledge on SFDC & SFMC

• PMP Certification
