Our client, a large Biopharma company in the U.S., is looking for a remote Data Integrity & Compliance Analyst to join their Digital Operations team. Our client recently acquired a company and the person in this role will be tied to support the integration efforts tied to the acquisition. This person will be manually responsible for verifying the data integrity and compliance accuracy is intact for all SOP documents migrated from the acquired company's systems over to our clients. This will require a high attention to detail and knowledge of the governing principals and compliance guidelines for SOP documents, as well as documentation and communication of any finding that need to be remedied.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience doing Data verification and compliance checks on SOP documents
Understanding what an SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) document is and what makes up its contents
Ability to ensure data integrity of regulatory supported documents (SOPs) across migrations between systems
Experience manually performing the data verification of documents, checking for both integrity as well as compliance
Knowledge of governing procedures around SOP documents and ability to verify data to a source document
Attention to detail
Strong communication and documentation skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience performing compliance and data verification of SOP documents during a system migration from one system to another
Experience working for the company in the past
Experience working with SharePoint
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
