Volt is immediately hiring for a Mechanical Assemblerin Goleta, CA.

Enjoy a 3 day weekend every week! This position is on a 4/10 schedule.

As a Mechanical Assembler you will:

• Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials
• Position parts and subassemblies by following assembly instructions and drawings
• Assembles components by mechanically fastening parts and subassemblies
• Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; reporting malfunctions
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

This is a full time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong dexterity skills
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and riveting machines

Pay Rate: $21/hr

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
