SALARY: $20-$24/hr.

LOCATION: Lincoln, IL, 62656

HOURS: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (Wednesdays candidates will need to work until 7 pm due to payroll completion)

Day to day duties...
  • Candidates will be responsible for union dues / documentation, must be able to file and conduct detail record management
  • HR employment issues related to contracts, retirement, etc.
  • Personnel records maintenance pertaining to benefits, compensation, leave of absence, retirement, etc.
  • Statistical reporting to internal management and external agencies Compensation & benefits program implementation and administration.

Job Requirements:
  • 1 plus years of recent Human Resource and Payroll experience
  • Candidates must be able to conduct new hire orientations/ on boarding activities / monitoring progress of new hires
  • Candidates must be able to work with the Talent Acquisition Teams and handle payroll questions
  • Strong verbal, email, and other written communication.
  • Ability to work onsite.
  • Aptitude in critical thinking, attention to detail, and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and MS Excel.
