Install, configure, and upgrade/patch software applications in Linux environments (Physical, virtual, cloud). Assist in deploying enterprise applications, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime. Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and troubleshoot issues with deployments. This is not an operational or developer role. Provide technical support to internal teams as the SME for the specific application deployment process. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and standard operating procedures. Work closely with other team members to improve deployment processes and process performance.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years in software administration, with a focus on software operations and deployment. Experience with enterprise applications in non-cloud services is essential. Familiarity with Linux command-line tools, basic networking, and system administration. Experience with scripting (e.g., Bash, Python) and automation tools is a plus but not required. Cloud experience is a plus but not required. Strong technical writing and communication skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
