Linux System Engineer

The Linux Engineer will Install, configure and maintain Linux systems, including local and wide area networks, servers, and operating systems. They will build and maintain high-performance computing solutions for research computing clusters, databases, and web servers. Engaging with researchers to understand how HPC can enhance their work.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors Degree
Covid Vaccinated
Non-Tobacco User

3+ Years of Linux systems programming skills and a working knowledge of cluster queueing systems.

Scripting experience: Perl, Python, Shell

Strong troubleshooting, performing in-depth research and troubleshooting to identify, resolve, and prevent systems errors

REDcap (Research Electronic Data Capture)
