Linux Systems Administrator

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Linux Systems Administrator to support a federal program on-site in Elizabeth, North Carolina. The Linux Systems Administratorwill support the SDLC with study and analysis and testing/acceptance phases.

Responsibilities for the Linux Systems Administratorinclude:

• Troubleshoot issues in an enterprise system environment.
• Remediate vulnerabilities for applications, perform hardware and software evaluations, and support system analysts.
• Provide technical guidance on operation systems software, integration, validation, and verification.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot storage area networks (SAN).

Required Qualifications for the Linux Systems Administrator include:

• 2+ years of experience with Linux Server Administration
• Experience with Oracle Web Logic or Apache Web/App Servers
• IAT II Certification (Sec+ or equivalent)
• Active Secret Clearance

Compensation for the Linux Systems Administratorinclude:

• $28-32/hr/hr
