A boutique legal firm in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is searching for a dedicated Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal to support their growing team! They are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of litigation experience to support with scheduling, e-filing, managing hearings, trial preparations, and client communications, among other key tasks. Salary Range: up to $60, 000 / year DOE

Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal Requirements:

• 3-4 years of litigation experience
• Paralegal certificate preferred
• Familiarity with TimeSlips (billing management program) is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and PDF tools
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging client interactions
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to work collaboratively

Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal Responsibilities:

• Support lead attorneys and associates with business torts, breach of contract, real estate disputes, intellectual property, non-competes, election law, and appellate work
• Handle both plaintiff and defense tasks
• Schedule and calendar legal activities
• Set hearings and perform e-filing (primarily federal)
• Prepare trial binders and interact with clients
• Format documents, including tables of contents and tables of authorities, as needed
• Assist with templates and ensure accurate billing
