This role involves managing a high volume of medical malpractice and nursing home negligence cases and requires exceptional drafting, e-filing, and client communication skills, with a strong emphasis on managing and fine-tuning settlement processes. Salary Range: $70, 000 - $75, 000 / year DOE

Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:
  • Draft and manage legal documents with a high focus on detail
  • Correspond with clients, setting and managing expectations throughout the settlement process
  • E-file court documents and handle administrative duties related to case management
  • Work closely with clients and the legal team to prepare settlement numbers and finalize liens

Litigation Paralegal Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, specifically handling settlements
  • Proficiency in Smart Advocate and Outlook 365 is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Compassionate and empathetic;capable of dealing with sensitive situations
  • Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of professionalism
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
