Insight Global is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for a law firm in Irving, Texas. This paralegal will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs. The docket is a mixture of business litigation and mass torts and you must be comfortable with the entire process of filing a case on day one to trial. This role will be onsite Monday-Friday from 8AM-5:00PM.

Responsibilities Include:

* Conduct research to support legal proceedings

* Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents

* E filing with courts

* Prepare depositions and summaries

* Prepare discovery requests and responses

* Trial prep

* Track and monitor client files, calendars, and provide status updates

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience as a Paralegal within commercial litigation and/or mass torts

Experience with state and federal court filings

Prior experience with e-filing

Proficient with Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Adobe

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelors Degree

Paralegal Certification
