Litigation Staff Attorney

Paul, Weiss is currently accepting resumes of NY and DC barred attorneys for consideration. Staff Attorneys sign three-month contracts, which are renewable depending on their performance and the needs of the assignment. Candidates for New York positions must be admitted to practice in the State of New York. Candidates for Washington, D.C. positions must be admitted to practice in the District of Columbia. All Candidates need to have a minimum law school G.P.A. of 3.0. Please attach a copy of your law school transcript to your application. This position is on a hybrid schedule.

Litigation Staff Attorneys handle an array of discovery-related legal work. Such work includes reviewing documents to identify relevance based on the requirements of case protocols, accurately noting instances of privilege and coding documents appropriately on review databases. Staff Attorneys additionally assist in the creation of redaction and privilege logs, identifying key documents and exhibits, and assisting with deposition and trial preparation.

Salary:

$110,000-$115,000. Paul, Weiss offers competitive compensation and benefits packages. The firm considers a number of factors when determining compensation, including, but not limited to, education, years of experience, levels of experience, competency levels and other relevant skills and qualifications.
