Overview

The LMS Director is responsible for overseeing the management, maintenance, and strategic direction of the global firm's learning management system (LMS) and the integration with the firm's human capital management platform, Workday. This includes ensuring the LMS is functioning optimally, providing training and support to end-users, and continuously improving the system to meet the evolving needs of the organization. This role will lead a LMS team that will ensure the LMS operates seamlessly to deliver learning programs and enable tracking of learning activities across the global firm. The ideal candidate has experience with both Docebo and Workday and understands how to optimize the systems and integrations to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • LMS Support and Administration:
    • Serving as the lead administrator for the LMS system.
    • Leading a team that provides LMS support and administration globally:
      • Executing day-to-day administration of the LMS, including user management, course management and system configuration.
      • Configuring and customizing the LMS to meet the needs of our organization.
      • Managing user accounts and permissions through integration with Workday and Docebo groups, including setting up new users and troubleshooting login issues.
      • Providing technical support to LMS users and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
      • Maintaining and updating course content and 3rd party libraries, including adding new courses and materials, ensuring it is correctly cataloged and accessible within the LMS.
      • Assisting in maintaining accurate records of user activities and training completions.
    • Monitor system usage and performance metrics, addressing any issues proactively.
    • Manage system updates and patches, testing new versions before deployment to production.
    • Stay up to date on the latest features and updates in Docebo and recommend enhancements to improve the user experience and efficiency.
    • Generate reports and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize learning content and strategies.
    • Support the management and issuance of certifications, ensuring that learners meet the required criteria and standards for certification programs.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve learning experiences.
  • Integration Support:
    • Lead a team that provides LMS integration support.
    • Support the integration between Docebo, Workday HCM, and other third-party tools and libraries, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
    • Monitor data synchronization between the LMS and Workday, troubleshooting any integration issues.
    • Collaborate with IT, Global People Organization, and Business Unit teams to address and resolve integration-related challenges.
    • Provide support and involvement with testing integration features and functionality.
  • Compliance and Security:
    • Lead a team that provides LMS policy compliance.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to learning and development.
    • Assist in implementing and maintaining security measures to protect sensitive data within the LMS.
  • Event Coordination and Support:
    • Lead a team that supports learning event coordination and tracking.
    • In partnership with learning delivery teams, support online and live learning experiences.
    • Ensure smooth execution of hybrid learning events.
Key Requirements
  • 8+ years' experience as an LMS administrator, preferably with Docebo LMS and preferably in a global professional services organization
  • Experience leading and managing a team of LMS professionals
  • Experience administering and integrating with Workday HCM Software
  • Strong technical expertise with LMS platforms, including configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting
  • Expertise in data management, reporting, and learning analytics
  • Problem-solving skills to triage and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Knowledge of instructional design and eLearning authoring tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, instructional design, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and training skills to effectively support end-users
  • Project management experience, including leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Familiarity with learning and development best practices, instructional design principles, and online pedagogy
  • Strong stakeholder management and internal customer experience
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Full-time Positions and Part-time Positions Over 30 hours

Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave. The salary range is $150,000 - $175,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
