Pay Rate: $17.50/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Member Solutions Manager in daily collection activities, ensuring compliance with credit and collection policies and regulations
• Conduct outreach to members with delinquent accounts, process collection correspondence, and perform clerical tasks within the collections department
• Provide administrative support for loan processing and documentation, including loan closings and updating loan information
• Deliver exceptional service to members through various channels and collaborate as a team to meet their needs

Qualifications: Minimum two years of experience in a credit union environment
