This well-known real estate marketplace company is seeking loan officers to join their Seattle market. This is a heavy customer facing role in which strategic selling and relationship building are key to success. You will be provided leads on the front end but are also responsible for networking and generating new leads/ customers looking to buy, sell, and finance homes. Your day will consist of managing phone calls, consulting borrowers on processes, providing details on available loan programs, structuring loans for fulfillment partners, and working with your team to relay best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

Active NMLS Loan Originator with multiple state licenses, or a Loan Originator working under a bank license
Successfully completed the 20-hr SAFE Pre-licensing Education and passed the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test - National Component with Uniform State Content
1+ years of mortgage sales experience
Proficient in Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
Passionate about client relationships and consultative selling; you like connecting with people and refining recipes for success, and believe in changing peoples lives for the better
Confident working in a phone sales environment and able to clearly and effectively communicate over phone, email, text, etc.
Highly motivated by a make what you earn environment with uncapped income potential
Competitive, energetic, and positive; you stay motivated and know how to win, regularly hitting your goals and winning awards
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Possess excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to multitask

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
