Insight Global is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join their Security/Network team to support and enhance their current Infrastructure and Cloud Security Environment. The primary focus will be to integrate security with the individual departments and teams and create policies and procedures for the Cloud and On Prem Infrastructure environment regarding IAM, Firewalls, End Point Protection, Threat Modeling, SIM and AWS. This user will focus on SIM inventory, how to integrate servers in the cloud with SIM, Audits and inventory work, vulnerability manager, work with threat modeling and a third party SOC to improve their current environment as well as to secure the cloud.

Required Skills & Experience

* A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience.

* At least 7 years of IT Experience with 5 years being in IT Security

* Experience creating a IAM environment from scratch, troubleshooting and managing a hybrid environment using SSO, Okta, Auth0 or SAML

* Experience creating firewall (Palo Alto or Similar) policies and rules as well as troubleshooting and access

* Experience with SIM and End Point Protection such as Crowdstrike or similar to set up email and browser protection

* Experience with MS Windows and Linux Administration

Experience with AWS / AWS Security Stack - how to create AWS Security from scratch or how to maintain

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Threat modeling would be a plus - how to integrate security with all other dept, build threat models for everything that they're trying to do.
