  • Blended Hourly Rate: $67.69
  • OT Rate: $101.53
  • Weekly Gross: $2,436.84
  • Shift: 1st Shift (6 AM - 6 PM) Rotating shifts
  • Duration: 26-Week Assignment

Requirements:
  • Must have at least 1+ years experience in a nursing home/LTC facility.
  • Active AZ State License
  • BLS Certification
  • Fingerprint Clearance Card
