Locum ENT/Facial Trauma Physician * 119313: Northeastern, South Carolina
  • Must have an active state license
  • Does the Provider need to prescribe? Yes
  • Is there a state specific CSR that will be needed? Yes must have active SC CSR
  • Certifications required: Board Certified or Board Eligible - Otolaryngology, DEA (must permanently remain registered in South Carolina)
  • Background Experience: comfortable with Facial Trauma call, including mandibles. (ENT is one team that rotates our facial trauma call coverage)
  • Credentialing: 45-90 days
  • Start Date: 3/29/2024
  • Dates: 3/29 - 4/5, 2024
  • Call Schedule: March 29 8am - April 1 8am will be ENT & Facial Trauma call coverage
  • April 1 8am - April 5 8 am will be just ENT call coverage
  • Call is not in-house
  • Patient Volume: typically is around 2-4 consults/day max and more for facial trauma
  • EMR: EPIC
