Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions, ensuring adherence to the latest clinical guidelines and protocols.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing, to accurately diagnose and monitor disease progression.
Educate patients and their families about disease processes, treatment options, potential side effects, and supportive care measures to enhance patient understanding and compliance.
Participate in clinical research and trials to advance the field of hematology oncology, contributing to the development of new therapies and improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Board certification or eligibility in Hematology and Oncology.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in Hematology Oncology.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Ability to work full-time from November 1, 2024, to February 28, 2025, including weekends.
Proficiency in the latest Hematology Oncology treatments and technologies.
