Locum Hospitalist Medicine Physician * 120390: Middle, Tennessee
  • Dates: ASAP - 8/24/2024
  • Seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospitalist. This role is critical in providing comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients from admission through discharge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal medicine and possess excellent clinical skills.
  • Responsibilities: Patient Care, Coordination of Care, Documentation, Treatment Planning, Crisis Management, Palliative Care, EHR Utilization, Education & Training
  • Degree Required: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Hospitalist preferred.
  • Licensure: Valid medical license to practice in the state of Tennessee.
  • Board Certification: Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in hospital medicine procedures such as intubation, central line placement, etc.
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
