  • Dates: December 2024 to the end of March 2025
  • Schedule: M-F 8a-4p
  • On Call: 1 weekend/month and 1 weeknight/week; 1:4 ratio
  • Job Requirements: Board Certified, BLS/ACLS Certified
  • Must have an active VA License & DEA
  • Flu & COVID vaccine required
  • Practice Setting: Inpatient/Call/Outpatient/Clinic
  • Call Ratio: 1:4
  • Average Number of Clinic Patients Per Day: 10-12
  • Supervision: oversee 4 mid-level providers
  • Patient Age Demographic: Adult/Geriatric
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Procedures Required: Echocardiography, Electrocardiograms (EKGs), CPETEchocardiography {procedures are diagnostic only}
  • Estimated credentialing timeframe: ~180 days; temp privileges available
