Locum Psychiatrist *123474: Western, Pennsylvania

  • Certifications required:
    • Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible
    • Must complete Psychiatry residency - fellowship in geriatric psychiatry preferred
  • Background Experience: 1+ Year
  • Duration: ASAP - December 31, 2024
  • Call schedule:
    • 1-2 days per week. 3 days on occasion
    • Possible weekend call needed
    • On call weekdays by phone from 5 pm until 8 am the following morning. On call weekends round on psychiatric units, and see new consultations in the ED and med/surg on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Inpatient or Outpatient: Inpatient
  • Patient Volume: 10 - 12
  • Facility information:
    • Inpatient unit = 29 beds
    • Midlevels assist with new evals and summaries
    • EMR: Epic
    • Department/Units Rounding: Adult, DEM, consults
