The Opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring full-time or part-time Loge Servers to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. As a Loge Server, you will act as the face of the restaurant and play a critical role in providing excellent service to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide menus, communicate restaurant specials, and answer any questions about menu items
• Accurately enter orders into point-of-sale system, deliver checks, and process payments
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification, and adhere to all alcohol service policies and procedures
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties
• Ensure all equipment and workspaces are clean, organized, and working properly

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a server in a high-volume environment
• Experience in cash handling and credit card processing required
• Previous experience with a point-of-sale system in service or hospitality environment preferred

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds

8 hour shift
Evenings as needed
