POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Directs personnel in accordance with company policies and procedures and the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Oversees all technical and administrative tasks associated the AIAMD Test Operations Group. Coordinates the group's activities with multiple Government representatives and other SOUTHWEST RANGE SERVICES departments. Ensures all mission support requirements are met, and support is in compliance with established company policies and procedures for security, safety, property and environmental requirements. Provides input for monthly reports to the Section Supervisor. Coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance on all equipment assigned to AIAMD test operations for mission support.
Receives direction from the AIAMD Logistics Directorate in support of the AIAMD Test Program. All work will follow IAW established supply regulations, maintenance policies and procedures, and other governing supply and maintenance management guidelines to include civilian vendors. Will oversee the preventive maintenance checks and services (PMCS) process in accordance with the AIAMD Logistics Directorate Test Support Plan. Will manage AIAMD maintenance issues and concerns to include coordinating higher maintenance support referral from both Contractor and Government furnished equipment.
Coordinates with Test Conductors and Field Service representatives concerning status of equipment, fuel, transportation, ammunition requests and turn in of paperwork, parts, material and work orders on a daily basis.
Work will require some TDY, overtime and/or weekend work to meet test mission operational readiness requirements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Must be a graduate of a two-year technical program at an accredited institution with a minimum of three years applicable logistics experience in a testing environment or a total of six years progressive logistics experience. In either case, a minimum of two years of the experience must have been in a lead or supervisory role. Military training and experience with missile system and testing will be assessed and allowed as qualifying. Applicant must be proficient in using Microsoft Office products in a network environment and have an understanding of the security requirements for data handling. Must possess a valid driver's license and have an active security clearance of SECRET prior to the first day of work.

DESIRED QUALIFICATION: Experience with Air Missile Defense Systems (e.g. PATRIOT, AIAMD, etc.
