Job Description

Job Summary
The candidate will be responsible for analyzing, mapping, and enhancing our current logistics processes on a global scale to boost efficiency, minimize costs, and improve customer satisfaction

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Analyze and map current logistics processes using appropriate process mapping tools
  • Document standard operating procedures and guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map logistics processes, identifying areas for improvement
  • Maintain comprehensive records and prepare detailed reports on process mapping findings, improvements, and outcomes
  • Use data analysis tools and software to interpret logistics data
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business process management plans based on process mapping findings
  • Support operational shipment controls and tools (RPA) monitoring

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Proficiency in process mapping and data analysis software and tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Education & Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Preferred
  • LEAN/Six Sigma experience (Green belt or higher) is a plus
