Job Description

As a Greeter, you are the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in shaping their dining experience. This position is responsible for welcoming guests, providing table accommodations, and making menu recommendations. Your role is pivotal in ensuring guest satisfaction from the moment they enter until their departure.
Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression of our dining services.
• Manage dining reservations and guest waiting lists, providing accurate wait times and monitoring table availability.
• Assist guests with seating arrangements, taking into account their preferences and special needs.
• Offer menu recommendations and share information about our culinary offerings and any special promotions.
• Serve as the final point of contact for guests, ensuring their dining experience meets their expectations.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the restaurant's layout, menu offerings, and reservation system.
• Collaborate with the dining and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
