- Department: LTC Pharmacy Distribution Center IL
- Schedule: Full Time/8-Hour Day Shift, Monday-Friday
- Location: On-Site at Holy Family Medical Center in Des Plaines, IL

- Develop and implement performance improvement activities to include medication safety, medication use evaluation and pharmacoeconomics.
- Conduct competency assessments and coordinate the training and development of pharmacists, pharmacy residents and pharmacy students.
- Develop and manage departmental budget to promote pharmacoeconomics.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations. Also serve on various committees.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Pharmacist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.
Education:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
Work Experience:
- 3 years of experience required OR a graduate from an accredited Health System Pharmacy Administration residency program required.
