SUMMARY
The LPN assists the RN in the delivery of patient care by performing the functions of planning, implementing and evaluating patient care in accordance with established nursing care standards.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Satisfactory completion of an accredited LPN program and a current Pennsylvania LPN license.
2. BLS certification required.
3. Pennsylvania state police criminal record check, child abuse history clearance and an FBI criminal history check required.
