*Hourly rate - $45.35 [$16.30 taxable | $29.05 non-taxable]

*OT rate - $55.35

*Weekly Gross - $1,814.00 [$652.00 taxable | $1,162.00 stipend]

*13 - week assignment

*Shift - 7am to 3pm/3pm-11pm

*40 hours per week/5 shifts

Requirements;

* Minimum 1 year of experience in Long Term Care required

*NY license required
