*OT rate - $55.63

*Weekly Gross - $1,825.00 [$608.00 taxable | $1,217.00 stipend]

*Lodging - $767.00

*M&IE - $450.00

*Shift timings: Days/evenings-Rotational shifts/40 hours in a week/ 5 Shifts/ 8 hours in a day/ (7a-330p/3p-1130p)

Requirements.

*Minimum 1 year of experience As LPN in Long term care required

*NY active license & BLS required
