OPEN INTERVIEWS: DAILY 11AM-4PM

Fishkill Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a 160-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Beacon, NY, is looking for caring LPNs to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing evaluation of resident medical and mental well-being
• Ensure residents needing supervision and assistance with medications are provided with proper dosage at the designated time and observe and record that the resident takes the medication
• Maintain the facility in compliance with all applicable statutes, codes, and rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN) in New York State
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to function independently
• Computer literate
