Responsibilities:
  • Supervise facility staff and operations
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and procedures
  • Coordinate weekend operations and schedules
  • Address and manage patient and staff concerns
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records

Qualifications:
  • Valid Ohio LPN License
  • Current BLS Certification
  • SNF Supervisor Experience Required (3 years)
