Luxury Suite Attendant, On-Call (Toledo Mud Hens Game Day)

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Luxury Suite Attendant for Toledo Mud Hens Game Day Catering in Toledo, OH.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Attend to guests' needs in accordance with AVI's mission and vision
• Meet or exceed client service time standards and expectations
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the menu along with ingredients of dishes
• Conduct beginning and ending inventories of assigned suites
• Set up, serve, and clean-up serving areas in a timely manner and according to established guidelines
• Communicate with manager and other team members to ensure high quality products and service
• Suggestively sell items to guests

Job Requirements:

• Part-time seasonal commitment and weekend availability
• Must be customer-oriented, organized, and detail oriented
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and decision making ability
• High standard of personal hygiene
